Adrienne Y. Semidey, D.M.
Dr. Adrienne Semidey has a proven track record as a trustworthy, transparent, collaborative and ethical leader while demonstrating resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people, processes and systems. Dr. Semidey has an entrepreneur spirit with expertise in change management, strategic planning, organizational development, corporate leadership and relationship building. She has managed relationships with corporate & governmental strategic partners, led a diverse set of business operations, co-managed a division of 200+ professionals, and positioned her teams for sustained growth. Dr. Semidey has extensive business development experience building backlogs and pipelines of Federal contracts through billability projections, forecasting, human resource allocation and strategic bid/no bid decisions while balancing the demands of dynamic day-to-day office environment issues and promoting a culture of continuous process improvements. Dr. Semidey is an experienced and self-motivated individual with exceptional people skills, business acumen, work ethic and innovative thinking. She has a successful track record planning, executing and achieving strategic growth plans. She has an innate aptitude for decision making and problem solving.
Utilizing her excellent interpersonal skills and interest in the human condition, Dr. Semidey is a relationship-centered leader who has achieved exceptional results in cultivating a sense of pride and growth amongst members of her in-house work teams and strategic partners. She has strong teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication, active-listening, and analytical skills as well as a keen sense and ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of an organization and between and amongst organization teams; and, models respect for others, regardless of position.
Additionally, Dr. Semidey served as a Postdoctoral Senior Research Associate at the University of Maryland College Park and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. She nurtures student success through innovative teaching practices as well as dedication and commitment to their matriculation through their programs of study. Dr. Semidey is a U.S. citizen who has traveled extensively providing training and technical assistance (TTA) to higher risk and vulnerable populations (African Americans, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian and Alaska Native, poor and economically disadvantaged populations) in 87% of the 50 United States and Territories.
Dr. Semidey also believes in and supports her community of the gorgeous Prince George’s County, MD. A native Washingtonian and 50 year resident of Prince George’s County, Dr. Semidey spends time encouraging transitional aged youth (16-26) to fulfill their purpose in life. She is a leader at the City of Praise Family Ministries (COPFM) and works in the Road to College (R2C) Ministry menotring many young women and men as they are making post high school decisions about college or entering the workforce. She also works with mid-career adults just starting or returning to college.

The mantra of CCMS, LLC—“Change is the only constant in life” pulls at this young lady’s heart strings. She is the poster child for change. In her young life, she has lived in more states than most and experienced more of life’s ups, downs and changes. Her biggest decision and change came about five years ago when she decided that change was going to happen but she was going to make sure it was for “her good, her benefit.” She gave her life to Christ, realized how many gifts were lying dormant in her and met Dr. Semidey at the City of Praise Family Ministries in Landover, MD. Since that time, every change has been a positive one. Ms. Dixon is the CCMS, LLC Administrative Coordinator responsible for all administrative, bookkeeping responsibilities, and IT Helpdesk support to ensure efficient operation of the company. As the Administrative Coordinator, Ms. Dixon has overall and primary responsibility for tracking and reporting on all incoming requests and outgoing deliverables.

As the Creative Services Manager (CSM), Ms. Stanley directs creative output for the CCMS brand from the early concept stages through to production. Further, Ms. Stanley directs and coordinates all creative output for our clients’ brands from the early concept stages through to production. Ms. Stanley develops ideas on how to market, work with client and strategic partner leads to create a shared vision, and leading a design team to complete projects.

As a new graduate, Eboni Jackson joined CCMS, LLC in December 2019 as a Communications Specialist. In her role, Ms. Jackson is responsible for managing all internal and external communication of a company including the website and all print materials. Additionally, Ms. Jackson represents CCMS, LLC at meetings, conferences and events. For our clients, Ms. Jackson plans events, compiles publications, researches and writes press releases, writes content for newsletters and blogs, develops and implements communications strategies, works with client staff to brainstorm content ideas, in line with their values, strategy and in support of their brand initiatives. She is also key in building and maintaining the company’s strategic alliances and partnerships.
Social Media Specialist
As the newest member of the CCMS Team, Avery J. A. Semidey comes to the CCMS family with over 3 years of experience in social media management. As the Social Media Specialist, Avery is both proud and excited about managing all CCMS social platforms. Mr. Semidey is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. Avery Semidey communicates with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong and strategic network. Mr. Semidey is a 2020 college graduate having held several communications and marketing internship positions throughout his collegiate tenure. Knowing that higher education will aid him immensely in his career pursuits, Mr. Semidey is attending High Point University in the fall of 2020 studying Strategic Communications and Business Leadership. Avery Semidey’s selection as a “2019 Forbes Under 30 Scholar” is just one example of how he in all his endeavors. Mr. Semidey is an excellent addition to the CCMS Team.
Allison Frances, MFA, CUA
SENIOR GRAPHIC ARTIST
Allison Francis is a award winning designer, effective and supportive leader with experience directing multidisciplinary teams to define award-winning creative approaches to health communications challenges. She joins CCMS when needed for her expertise in creative and strategy development informed by UX/UI best practices, user testing and analytics. Allison is successful at identifying new tools and creating new systems and processes needed for teams to always deliver best work on deadline and on budget. She has years of experience partnering directly with federal and non-government clients to find innovative solutions for all their creative needs. She has managed the planning, conceptualization, design, and production of a wide range of digital, print, and video projects for multiple Federal agencies.
