The tenets and principles of our organization stem from the Greek philosopher of Ephesus, Heraclitus, who coined the phrase “Change is the only constant in life.”
Organizations grow and change, sometimes rapidly. Teams and organizations face rapid change like never before given how companies must be nimble to compete in increasingly technologically-driven sales and operating environments, and given how globalization has increased the markets and opportunities for growth, development and revenue. CCMS helps organizations define, communicate and meet organizational change goals while maintaining a focus on increasing productivity and profit.
